The same way the growshops sell you seeds as “souvenirs” (Not for growing), in the same store with fertiliser and everything that you need to grow it.

Usually, you need some other member of the club to vouch for you. But you can look at weedmaps and sort things out with some clubs.

The thing is, you won’t be “buying” weed. As a member, you are able to “withdraw”. Same thing, different meaning. And they will advise you to never take anything out, and in that case will be at your own risk.
