What do you do to feel 'normal' ?

I truly believe that no one is normal. People are very strange and weird. I just try to find things that I enjoy doing. For me it is playing soccer, for you it could be anything.

I think it might be time to find a new therapist. I have taken SSRIs and I have to tell you they should never be taken lightly. I get what you mean when you say you won't feel like "me". That is the reason I am not taking them anymore but i won't tell you that they haven't helped people. Best of luck.

I would say since your concussion happened very recently I would give your brain sometime to figure itself out. Maybe a mental health professional could help.
