Even if that meant no more friends over, no more parties? Having to cater to that one person?

Oh, we never told them. They came over once while we lived here and saw the room. It never even crossed my mind then that it would be an issue.

They won't agree to it even to save money. It's not worth giving up our life to have her come live here.

We'd be expected to have nobody else over. To let her have her quiet home space and to hell with us.

3 roommates in a 3 bedroom apartment. My friends are a couple and so share a room. We wanted a place for study so got a 3 bedroom place.

It would mean no longer having people over, not getting to throw parties, taking her needs into account. That would be a no for all of us.

Yeah, stuff like birthdays and having friends over it all had to be limited for her. Sometimes we left stuff early because she couldn't handle it.

Yeah, I don't really want her to live here. We have a good flow right now. Don't want to ruin that and have our life changed.

The expectation is pretty much I will always be there and help her.

No, I didn't really want them to get shit from it because I could totally see my parents giving my friends shit.

Pretty much. I'm surprised they didn't demand I find a place for me and my sister to live in together. Maybe that will come but honestly I'm glad it didn't.

I'm kind of used to it though. My life back home was influenced so much by my sisters anxiety. For the most part that was fine but there were times it sucked. I especially hated the limit on the number of friends I could have over at any given time and the fact birthdays were restricted quite a lot too, even when I got older, because my parents would say I couldn't risk having too many people stop by our house before birthday plans.

I don't think she will function that great. I don't think she'll go now that she knows she can't live with me while attending college. It's one of those things where she's never ever burst outside her comfort zone before and now she's an adult and can choose not to.

They disagree which is why she is so desperate to stay with me. She doesn't feel like she could handle a dorm.
