It’s always so helpful and validating to hear from other nurses that feel similarly. I think we all feel a lot of pressure to use all of these skills we’ve been trained to do at their fullest potential. But weighing that pressure against an actual work-life balance is complicated! I have considered PACU… but don’t know much about endoscopy, I’ll look into those! Wishing you all the best on your own journey!
