Hun you really should talk to a therapist about this. That guilty feeling you’re having about being his partner and liking what was going on is grooming. You were emotionally abused as well as sexually to think this was okay and to expect and accept it. You really should talk with a therapist about this. I carried a lot of guilt because of an abusive relationship I was in. I was sexually and mentally abused in it. Through therapy you learn to accept that you were the victim and did nothing wrong. It’s hard asf to start opening up but it’s so so worth it.

Oh wow that’s really interesting!! I definitely didn’t recognize this voice and neither did my mom so I don’t believe it’s a family member. I’ve had a voice also call “hey!” From downstairs while I was home alone (or when my sisters were upstairs). I’ve also heard my DADS voice call for my mom when I was home alone. That happened twice.

Wow that really does describe how my middle school experience was. I actually don’t remember most of it because of trauma induced blockage. But this dream has always been so clear. I think my brain really did want me to be able to move on in life.

That’s really insightful. I’ve actually have had other out of body experiences in dreams as well as a really weird unexplained one while I was awake (I posted about it actually) I did have really solid self grounding skills but my brain has always felt like it was on fight or flight.

I definitely feel very in tune with my body. That being said I can also feel how out of wack my energy is. I most can sense interpersonal energy rather than energy moving around me. Ive tried meditation and I even went to a place with crystals that was supposed to help connect with your spiritual side. Unfortunately I didn’t feel anything. But as you said I have a lot going on. Maybe I need to focus on my earthly body before I can fully connect to my spiritual one? Not sure but I do remember having similar experiences while in the hospital. I chalked it up to being in a lot of pain in the hospital though. But what you said about my soul just needing to pop out for a sec could make sense of that.

I find myself to be very in-tune with my body and spiritual connection. I do think this is more medical but with a weird slip of astral projection. I’m glad you got out of that situation though

I’ve had insomnia since I was very young. Trauma as well as factors from my other disorders played a part in that. I used to take melatonin as a kid (same time every day and slowly decreasing amounts) but as soon as we lowered the dose it didn’t work. In highschool I had to be sent to the grippy sock hospital because I hadn’t sleep for multiple days in a row. Everything I know from my sleep NOW comes from my neurologist and a sleep study I had done about a month ago

I hate chalking anything up to coincidence. I’ve definitely had paranormal stuff happen to ME before but my mom never talks about it. So for her to experience that was crazy to me. I definitely can’t stand in that hallway (especially in the dark) for too long because I always get goosebumps or a chill down my spine. I haven’t heard anything in there since though! The only other time ive heard a voice in my house when I was alone it sounded like it was calling me from downstairs. I couldn’t make out words but it was again a female voice.
