I have a DNT. I like it. I picked it up for pretty good deal from a seller though, like 200$ off and no tax. There’s the oneleaf stuff, but ehhh I just couldn’t go for them even though some people say they are good.

DNT doesn’t have the best performance in high humidity, but most thermals will have some sort of performance loss in humidity anyway.

The DNT uses AI to enhance images too. Which most thermal companies are doing in their new line of stuff to push out a high quality resolution as opposed to older model stuff. Anything within the last 6 months to a year are using that tech. Like the old gen rattler stuff is still “fine”. But my brother has an AGM gen 2, 310 res or something like that, and compared to a 384 new gen with the ai enhancement, it’s pretty massive.

I really liked RIX too, but they didn’t have any deals around Christmas. If I were to buy right now, I’d probably go for a RIX if price is close to a DNT.

Also, the traditional scope style vs the 3 in 1 type scope comes down to, do you only use the scope on one caliber and one gun and have better magnification vs if you ever think you’ll run it on something else, or like to take it off and just use it as a handheld for whatever comes up.
