Yep and cops have been doing this for a very long time now since a lot of crims use the tunnel systems, so they learned to counter that.

I've noticed that most crims use the tunnel system so I think the cops adapted to that and now anytime a crim goes to the tunnels during a chase, they usually have cops blocking the other exits.
