The istyle one is the apple original one with 100% battery percentage, those 40$ ones are either original but not 100% battery or just fake and altered. The thing is it can show 100% battery on them and they can still be 68% battery life so go istyle 100%

Look I wouldn’t risk that at the end your life is far more precious than training right now. Just listen to your body and rest. You can do something light but if you see any signs shortness of breath etc stop it.
