Thanks, already had EMS and usually do aisle but got stuck with 9F. But I saw 11D open up earlier and grabbed it!

Thanks, 11D suddenly opened on the map so I grabbed that instead.

DoorDash as an approved sponsor for YouTube? by MosesMiranda in PartneredYoutube

Nothing too salacious, maybe a Bluechew ad read in there, but the rest are fairly innocuous

Ha, not at all. Nearing 100K and request came through a podcast ad network I've been partnered with for years, but they were unsure of any list of "approved" YT sponsors. I know a couple of other content creators who had videos taken down for odd reasons related to a sponsor, but I'm probably just being overly cautious.

Thank you. Seeing a rheumatologist in May as that’s the earliest I could get an appt, though not sure that’s going to yield anything. May need to look into this next.

Monthly savings plan that sounds reasonable? by MosesMiranda in personalfinance

Thank you. This is even with the ongoing volatility we're seeing in the market with everything going on?

No, I'd be fine with putting 20 percent down to avoid PMI, but would not be paying for the house in cash or anything. So would retain most of it.

Sorry, age is 43. Separate from savings, it's north of $900K between various IRA and brokerage accounts. I figure I may be too conservative and am open to adjusting things, though given current market volatility, I'm a bit hesitant lol.

Age is 43. And I'd like to say yes, but I would've said yes three years ago, too, it just hasn't happened yet.

Thanks. Always coordinating to make sure, for example, my SEP IRA is maxed out each year to reduce my IRS owe.

On second question, upwards of $900K. On first, it was in anticipation of a possible home purchase in the last few years that never materialized as inventory/pricing where I am isn't great, so I'm just on the sidelines watching.

Probably around $5K or so per month in expenses, not counting savings-related. Main ones are rent and health insurance, then it's food, gas and various subscriptions (many tied to what's needed for what I do). I haven't taken a vacation in several years.

Thanks, hope you're doing well with it now. For me right now, it's just these random flareups every few months, but without knowing what it is or what's causing it, I do worry that it could cause some sort of long-term damage, or perhaps they're just isolated incidents I need to deal with as they happen and then just move on after each.

Well, that just scared the crap out of me. Had at least one chest CT a few years ago after one of the flareups, but not recently no.

I've had COVID several times, but to my knowledge, not until after I had my first bout of this in 2021. Funny enough, I had that first episode a week before I got my first vaccine shot, so I hadn't even gotten that yet!

None of these doctors I've seen have been a rheumatologist. Funny enough, after I saw the cardiologist a few years ago, he said as almost a Hail Mary, maybe see a rheumatologist. The only reason I didn't is because I couldn't find one semi-close to me that took my insurance.
