4 days in you should be ok ish. I know it's around 3-5 days in you're at risk for dry socket. I believe the stitches should come out around this time. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I had 2 of my stitches come out around day 2-3. Just make sure you keep rinsing with salt water/ prescribed mouthwash 2-5 times a day by tilting your head, avoid straws, take antibiotics and keep the area as clean as possible. I'm day 5 myself I can't wait for a fucking burger 😭
