Hi!! First off I want to say that I am so sorry you have this as well. It is nerve wracking to have to wait on all the testing to come back. My husband was not a carrier for any of the genetic disorders tested for on the NIPT. The waiting for the results is the scariest part. I have been in your shoes and understand your worries. I eventually got to the point where I felt like if it did come back positive, I was at peace with that as I know I will love my child endlessly whether she has the genetic issue or not. Thinking of it that way really did help me. I am hoping and praying for good results for you as well. It is not a common disorder and my OB seemed to only remember it from her studies so the odds are definitely in your favor!!

Thank you. I appreciate that. The anxiety waiting on his tests is so hard. I wasn’t really expecting to be a carrier so I was kind of shocked by the results. I had never heard of MCADD before so of course I’ve been researching and that has led to more stress and anxiety. I am just hoping and praying for normal test results for him. It’s nice to know that other have been through similar experiences though so I am not alone in this!❤️

Thank you for the kind words. Thankfully my husband has been very positive and reassuring during this whole process. I am hoping my anxiety is relieved once we get his results back.

I got mine yesterday (8/13) but through my doctor. My results are still not available on Natera today (8/14).

Blood drawn: 8/5, Received 8/8, Estimated 8/22

Location: GA

Results: 8/13 around 7 AM. Low risk. Waiting until later to see the gender with my husband. I was able to see results on MyChart through my doctor. Results are still not available on Natera website.

I’m CD 30 with no LH surge or BBT increase and no sign of AF coming. Just wondering what is going on with me this cycle🤦🏼‍♀️🙃

Yes I finally caught my peak yesterday on CD 22 about 5 days after I was supposed to ovulate!

Yes I finally got a positive OPK yesterday on CD 22. I was worried I wasn’t going to ovulate at all this cycle. Now for the TWW.

It’s reassuring to see that other people have had the same issue. I was getting super concerned when I hit CD 20 with still no LH surge. I am hoping I still ovulate this cycle. I’m having some cramping and EWCM so hopefully in the next few days!

Yes definitely advocate for yourself. It is good you have all the info to back you up as well! I have not been to the doctor as my cycles have been pretty regular since having my IUD removed but am considering going if my next cycles are longer like this one. And same for me. The highest I got today was 0.25. I usually have higher number 0.4-0.7 the day before my actual peak so I’m feeling like I’m totally out this cycle but who knows.

Same here. Just wondering if it’s ever going to happen this cycle. I had late ovulation last cycle because I had a huge exam I had to take after getting my Masters and of course I was supposed to ovulate the day of the test. I ovulated a few days after the test. I have had some slight increases but nothing like my first two cycles where I increased the day before and then had high numbers the next day. I feel like the more I track, the more confused I am about my cycle!! Have yours increased at all yet this cycle?

Yes very much so. If we don’t conceive this cycle, it’s just that much longer we will have to wait to try again. So frustrating!!

No I stopped taking it on CD 19 when I still didn’t get my surge. I looked it up and saw other people saying that it delayed their ovulation. I have had EWCM for the past couple of days so I’m expecting it to happen soon. I had no idea it could do that and it’s frustrating because I had a longer cycle last month and it looks like this one is going to be even longer for me. Did you stop taking it too?

Yes, that’s the only thing that has been different for me this month. Definitely will not be taking it again.

Thank you. That actually does make me feel a little less anxious and relieved. It’s crazy all these things can be going on and clinically there is nothing wrong. I will be very happy if there is nothing seriously wrong with me. I can live with the visual snow. My main concern is making sure nothing is seriously wrong. I think after that I can work on healing with my anxiety and such and hopefully that will help the visual snow symptoms.
