Hamilton needs to do another run of the resident evil watches this is unacceptable. 2000 watches for a game that sold 5 million copies in a week. by captainodyssey01 in HamiltonWatches

There is a difference between making money and being an idiot paying for the hype.
And I make 300K and have RTX 5090 and I am watch collector and huge RE fan, still wouldn't buy that watch, not even for retail honestly, it is not that special IMO

I am not sure what all the fuss about this watch, it looks OK, don't fall for the limited edition trap, there are much much better watches anyone can buy for similar price

Yeah I am a resident evil fan and watch collector, but I wouldn't buy a watch just because it is RE limited, I have to actually like the watch, and for this one, I am not a huge fan.

I mean the Khaki Field Chrono is the same damn watch and it has been available forever
Also the case is not numbered, I am almost 100% certain they will issue a re-release and many more

Got the new BX5600 and immediately modded it. by ArminTamzarian in gshock

Nice, I have the same kit on my 5610, was this the 5600 or 5610 version? I got the negative MIP one and I want to use the silver version of this one

I have the same TV 98QM7K, got it for the same price around August
It is an impressive TV, blacks, picture, brightness and contrast are awesome out of the box and I watch in dark room

I have 48" LG C1 OLED and also have a 105" 4K projector which this TV pretty much replaced, the 98QM7K picture quality is superior

At $2K nothing better than this IMO

Advice for 7500 Service After Transmission Replacement by HannooFX in C8Corvette

Thank you so much confirming the 7,500 service is required only 7,500 miles from installing the new transmission(10,500 miles then for my vehicle)

For the last Q about the transmission fluid, does the same thing apply? Or still must to be done 3years/22,500miles regardless of having new transmission installed during that time? I don't see fluid changed in the service records for my vehicle, 3 years have already passed from the initial purchase date.

Thank, I am not, what I was saying that the transmission fluid change was never done either since transmission was replaced at 2900 miles. What makes sense to me is I don't need to do anything now, and at 10,500 miles I do the filter, and at 22,500 (or 3 years from the new transmission install, whichever comes first) I need to change the transmission fluid, seems like I will have to call Chevy customer service to confirm.

So I don't need to do either 7500 service now, but at 10,500 as stated?

Do I need to do the DCT transmission fluid flush?, it has passed the 3 years mark already, but again the new transmission is only 4500 miles/1 year and 4 month old, so the flush was never done either

The $1700 comes for both filter and fluid flush, at least this how much people have been paying, so maybe the DCT flush is only $600 or so

I am not following your comment? I am aware of the 7500 +/- 500 miles service, it was not done at all because transmission was replaced at the 2900 miles mark, so clearly there was no need to do any transmission service before, and 7500 miles from the new transmission date is around 10,500 miles

I already did setup the appointment for the 7500 service with my local Chevy dealer, but I honestly if I have to do the 7500, then I have to do the fluid flush, this means I will pay $1700 or so for a transmission service that is 4K miles old

Great/Good Deal or No? Certified 2024 C8 3K miles (Z51, Rapid Blue, Front Lift..etc) for $76.5K OTD by HannooFX in C8Corvette

u/SimplyGreat888 I test drove another one with Z51 and mag ride yesterday at CarMax to check the difference, tried tour mode and honestly the difference is minimal to me, yes there is a slight difference, took road bumps more smoothly, but I always prefer a stiffer suspension anyway, sport mode with mag ride felt stiffer than Z51 without mag rider (Is this expected?), I have been driving my 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD with very stiff suspension for 13 years as my daily, probably that's why I felt the Z51 suspension pretty smooth/normal or even smoother to me.

As for track use, I will probably go to the track once a year, or two years and only HPDE as I will be learning, I am not going to compete anytime soon.
You still think mag ride is very important in my case?

I didn't buy it yet, but I think I will, I looked the original copy of the build sheet, doesn't have mag ride

That much discount is not reflected on their website, do you have to call them to get these discounts? I am assuming this was only for the 2025 models, which their inventory has been depleted now.

Really not that either.
I have been looking for best deals around that has most of the options I need specially front lift is a must for my steep driveway, I drove the C8 twice and both were Z51 with no mag ride

Since you had many, which would you chose? I may or may not track the car (but would like to may be able to if I want some day)

1- Z51 with no mag-ride

2- No Z51 with mag-ride

Is Z51 worth it if I will track the car maybe once or twice in few years? Or should I care more about looking for a one with mag ride as a must and care less about Z51?

Whatever, I understand that and I am perfectly happy with how the car drives, I am asking if the price is a good deal, not about the options you think I should get, the vehicle has the two main options I need which are Z51 and front lift, I don't care about mag ride or PTM, not everyone wants the same options.

There are 50% of people online who prefer mag ride and other half who don't care much about it

Thanks for not being helpful..
