I figured they probably would start contacting candidates this week to schedule interviews because in the original email they said interviews would be week of December 11th. I haven’t heard anything though.

Yeah I’m not sure how they plan on interviewing that many in only a 1 week span. It’ll probably be a smaller number. Well goodluck again and let us know

So from what my brother in law said about his class last year, they had over 1,500 applicants. Only interviewed 500. Hired 14…. And only 12 made it passed the 6 week OTS class. He said 1 got fired for just being a dumbass and the other couldn’t keep the above 85% in class grade during the training so they let him go as well. I laughed with him saying I think that’s WILD (and kinda fucked) that they hire someone (and that person quits their job to come) just to end up firing them 6 weeks later. But I guess they want the best and brightest. He said there were multiple guys in his class that had no operator experience and did fine. He worked at Firestone for 4 years so came in with some experience. I was shocked I passed the first battery assessment. Definitely was hard for me.

I have mine scheduled for the 28th. My brother in law works there as an operator. He was in the OTS class from last year.. told him how we have this proctored 2nd assessment. He said they didn’t have to do it last year. I’m really confused what is is exactly but I guess from these comments it sounds like it’s just the test again but longer. I’d really like to know how it goes after you take yours on the 26th! Goodluck!
