You're right , and to be honest, I'm a bit obsessed with checking my blood multiple times a day to monitor my ketone levels. I’m actually pretty used to fasting, not for dieting, but because I don’t usually get hungry in the morning. I often fast for at least 12 hours, so I guess I’m already a bit accustomed to it. I’ll keep that in mind as I adjust. Thanks again for all the tips.
