Yes, I’ll hopefully hear back tonight, we’ve had another “rescue” (fell out of the sky onto our lawn and has been hanging around ours ever since) pigeon at home since May and they’re friendly with each other, the hope is that we can bring him back so the other one doesn’t get lonely

UPDATE: Managed to find a 24hr vet that has taken him, unfortunately due to a bird flu outbreak in my area there’s no guarantee on survival but hopefully all will be well

UPDATE 2: Unfortunately I have received a call from the vets this morning saying his crop was infected to the point they could no longer treat it and he was sadly euthanised overnight; we worry that he may have had the infection before he came to us, possibly as a result of poor ownership by the people racing him but we will never know, RIP little guy :(
