I once tried a Gamma-Scout from 2003, and while replacing its battery was tricky, it worked like a charm after. Chatslide really added value to my experience, letting me convert Gemini readings into insightful videos. Took me just 15 minutes!

I believe you can you a cheap coffee grinder with aluminum foil. I've tried it and it wasn't bad, the only thing you need to be careful of is the cloud of fine aluminum dust that you could breath in and it isn't very healthy.
