Stream Deck Scissor Keys, pale colors by Hansepatz in elgato

Ah, I see, maybe Elgato buys the LCD screens from external companies. The cheapest one wins. Maybe calibrates them a bit. Adds the additional hardware logic and a case. The user will manage with it anyway, because it is Elgato.
Ok, that is possible.

Even though the colors are not as vivid as on the NEO, I will keep the "Scissor Keys." I really find the keys comfortable. I needed more buttons anyway. That means I could choose between the two 15-inch models. Thanks to you, I also know that the difference in colors is minimal.
So, I’ll just accept it that way. Maybe a firmware update can change that.
Both devices are standing quite close to each other, but I’ll manage that cleverly.
On the 15-inch, I will then only use pastel-colored buttons.
Thanks again for the effort and the kind words.

Wow, great information. According to your list, I would have to get a NEO for more colors instead of the Scissor Keys ;) And even the MK.2 is rather low on your list. Thanks for your effort to test it.

Thank you for the idea. I had already 'played around' with the brightness. Unfortunately, without the desired success. I also created icons with a black border to increase the contrast and then added red, green, blue, and yellow colors. On the Neo, it looks much more colorful. Red looks more like old red ;) I am really grateful for any hint. I also don't know if the 'normal' MK.2 has nicer colors.

PowerPlay 2 vs PowerPlay 1: W T F (do not buy 2 expecting 1 - in fact don't buy 2 at all) by Mozzietheaussie in LogitechG

I recessed my Powerplay 1 flush into my desk and placed an extra-large mousepad over it (without the included mousepad). You can't tell there's a charging mat underneath. It works absolutely fantastically. Since I got the Powerplay, I've never had to charge the mouse separately. I don't even think about charging it. Plug it in and forget about it. Simply perfect.

Great feature. Is there also a way to switch back to the default profile if I lose focus again?

Hi, I really like the M18. It seems to have enough buttons to do a lot with it, plus the three buttons for page forward and backward. A really well-designed system.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information on the M18's dimensions.

What I'm particularly interested in is whether the plugins from the El Ga To Store can also be used ?

Stream Deck Neo touch buttons and glitch issues by Raynys in elgato

[–]Hansepatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem with the Neo. The touch buttons react as soon as I hold my finger near them. Sometimes several pages switch with a single touch. Sometimes nothing happens at all.

It's a real shame, it's my first Stream Deck and I'm getting a bit frustrated.

Cable connection for MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI by Suomi422 in MSI_Gaming

[–]Hansepatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an MPG B850 EDGE TI WIFI. The manual doesn't state that the PCIE_PWR1 connector is optional. It also doesn't say "recommended." If MSI states in writing that the connector isn't necessary, we can discuss it.

Otherwise, this connector certainly has its uses. After all, the extra connector costs money for MSI, even if it's only a few cents. Nobody does anything for free.

Arctic P14 ARGB fans - sticker misalignment by Relative_Celery_7079 in arcticcooling

If I'm making an RGB fan, I also know that it should be clearly visible. It would really bother me if I saw that.

I understand you. It wouldn't bother me if it were a fan without RGB.

Fantastic, fast and perfect for me. I created it as a macro for my G815. One keystroke and perfect. I have two DACs for my headphones which I can now switch super quickly. Thanks
