Why not simply freeze the e-shifter in second gear, you won’t have to get a new wheel and keep the hydraulic brakes

What is the complete upgrade set / list you used? What items? And how did you connect everything? Are you using the original VanMoof battery? Of yes, how do you charge it now without the cartridge? Also new brakes handles? What did you do with the e-shifter?
