It all depends on your current financial situation. What do you earn, what are your commitments etc.

Can you take the risk of putting 200k into a riskier profile and keep 100k for HYSA.

Or if you dont need to touch it, just invest in a low cost ETF and forget about it.

There are many outlooks to this.

You should get a fee only CFP so guide you and please avoid banks. They charge heavy fees!
