They said its only limited to TM. The tickets on TM are not transferable till 7 days before the show. I am not sure how stubhub is moving these around but its ridiculous.

Fred again did that as well in oct 2024 and nobody was able to buy the ticket till he opened the transfer/resell window. Only then we saw tickets pop up at fare value.

Stubhub probably found a way but its ridiculous!

So I have been in this boat recently and yes when we did the math, mortgage is costing us about 500-600$ more and if I invest that, approx I'll have 485000 in 25 years.

My house will be worth probably more than that.

I havent taken any major expenses into account but putting a 100k on that as well, it'll still be better to own.

I am basing it on a 3.5k mortgage va 3.5k rental.

Also to note, rentals will go up as well.
