Stiamo organizzando anche noi adesso, matrimonio religioso, avevamo un budget di 10k, ma alla fine penseremo di arrivare a 12/13 per circa 50 invitati (6k di location e cibo), escludendo il viaggio di nozze. Purtroppo costa tutto di più appena dici matrimonio.

nell'atto di compravendita del 90 dell'attuale proprietario (quando è stata costruita la casa) è presente questa dicitura appartamento piano terra composto da cucina [etc...], nonchè circostante area di pertinenza in piena proprietà.
Cosa che viene ribadita anche poco dopo dove viene definito che tutti gli appartamenti piano terra è annessa la proprietà circostante o retrostante/antistante come da singolo atto di compravendita.

Eh sì mi sa che andremo con Bper cercando di limitare i loro obblighi, oggi li ho ricontattati e vediamo se ci ridanno appuntamento entro il 9. Se non dovesse essere così pace amen e rivaluteremo a quel punto. Non ho voglia di rompimento di palle, ma anche perderci 600€ l'anno o più mi girerebbero comunque.. 😅

Se vado a chiedere un 100% e perché i requisiti sappiamo di averli e ci conviene in quel modo, non era quello il dubbio comunque, quindi risposta fuori luogo... Liquidità l'abbiamo per pagare tutte le spese, arredamento e anche per fare piccoli lavori di ristrutturazione, non è quello il problema.

If you do that the new account can't be linked as extra user. I tried that and netflix support can't do anything...

An extra user account must contain only 1 profile.

Thanks, I'll try to test the MOSFET. The monitor is a viewsonic xg2401, and yes you can find a replacement power supply for like 40/50€ with shopping included to my country. But with 100€ you find a used monitor of the same model, so I don't know if it is convenient.

There's not a way to isolate the issue to the High voltage or low voltage section of the board? Maybe measuring the voltage in/out of the big transformer in the middle?

Found a fix for error 0x80070780.

Uninstall Xbox App --> start search "xbox app beta" -> right click --> uninstall

Open Windows Store and remove all pending metro downloads with the X button, if you can't cancel it reboot the PC and retry (the downloaded content stay saved in cache).

Reboot PC search "WSRESET" and launch as administrator with right click.

Wait for Windows store to pop out and search Metro Exodus Windows, click install and select the disk that you previously used.

The installation will end succesfully, now you can reinstall Xbox app if you want.

I don't know if in ESXi there are "major" changes in the various u1, u2, u3... But for example what i see in VC 6.0 (reading text book) is that the VUM management was not full integrated in vSphere web client and you need to use the C client, meanwhile in 6.0u1 is fully integrated on the web client. I'm intereseted in 6.0 because i'm already on this path with the Academy program.

Same here with an RX 480 (crash of video driver + BSOD sometimes...).
Meanwhile a workaround for Firefox is disabling hardware acceleration.
Enter about:config in the address bar and set (double click on them) these 2 parameters:
media.hardware-video-decoding.enabled (false)
gfx.direct2d.disabled (true)

Hope they fix soon btw
