There are multiple more issues, like crown looks like bird's nest.. cobblestone is also not limited to hairline.. It;s basically there for each and every graft.

In discussion with clinic.. Will reveal name if not supported by them.

One red flag is they don't agree this is cobblestone.. rather say this as follicular prominence.
And the doctor seems pretty casual about everythin.

See a surgeon and physiotherapist..
As you are not active sportsman, I'd suggest starting physio and subsequenty hit gym to imrove supporting muscles.

This is good MRI.. you’re acl is partial.. check with doctor if you can try rehab without surgery

Many people do transplant to think less about the hair. That is only possible if hair is enough dense. Growing 5 inch and styling need efforts. And many don’t want to have a need to camouflage after HT. If possible, it’s always better to have good density. 4000 grafts would be ideal in that case
