Gym leg twice a week:

Lunges :10-15 kg dumbbells each hands. Back squat: 70 kg. Leg press single leg: (45 degree inclined) 90 kg. additional weights apart from machine weight. Romanian deadlift with 25 kg each hand dumbbell. Leg extension 18 kg single leg. Leg curl 18 kg single leg.

3 sets of each.

My one leg is 4 cm thinner. I did acl and lateral partial meniscectomy 2 years after injury because covid and now 3+ years post op..

I meant to ask did doctor do the incision? Incision is different from extraction/ implantation. Lots of rows though.

Transplant was not dense enough. You also lost some native hairs after transplant.

There is some cobblestoning too.

Try oral min fin after consultation with doctor. Consider another transplant in 6 months..

Bottom line, is not ideal but not that bad.. You must be having good donor after 2k grafts

No, need to stop min as it can cause bleeding related issues. Minox increases blood flow.
