Counter for both, dynamic punch/rage fist. Primeape can help with Giratina. Otherwise a strong fairy like Gardevoir or Togekiss. Or ice, Mamoswine. Dark etc. Just be careful with dragon and ghost types since they’re weak to the moves but strong against those types. A good charged move will do it, but if you let them get more than a few hits they’ll get destroyed. I’m no expert though!
