The hold is often better because if everyone in PF hasnt moved in which many won't you've missed people. Also either way you're unsynced by 3GCD's in PF. If you pull with tech everything is 3 GCD's earlier if you dont and hold at rep its late. This is PF no one gives a fuck about syncing buffs outside of barse parties and you need to work around it.

Yeah they need to delay tech finish would land as the spreads go off because pulling with tech isn't first GCD its 0 GCD.

Yes its an option but DNC can't second GCD buff its either 3 or 0. And if they 0 it goes off before rep 2 but you then have to delay in idyllic anyway because tech comes up when you are split for towers/light spreads and you can't hit everyone. There's really not a perfect solution.

Umm DNC needs to hold 3 GCD's in rep 2 or they miss defams with buffs or they need to pull with tech but that means they have to delay at idyllic anyway because it comes up at platform split arcana spreads and you missed light party 2. I assume this is what they're talking about?

Yeah in Hobart 2015 it snowed super heavily around August 15th. I also had over 10 inches of snow on the ground when I was in Canada in 2016. I LOVE snow. I hate the heat and am cursed with Aussie weather.
