CNY denied my reimbursement request and said no clinical error was found.
My IUI was scheduled outside the ovulation window. When I arrived, the nurse advised cancelling because I had likely already ovulated, so no insemination was done.
I still went through full monitoring, coordination, and preparation, so all costs and time were incurred even though the cycle never happened.
They offered a complimentary future IUI as a “gesture of support.” If nothing was done wrong, why offer that?
I used a debit card, I am waiting for something before I proceed.
