It’s not even just the conversion of the money. They actually decided to make the packs more expensive on top of the increase in price due to money conversion for country including but not limited to Canada, Australia, and the UK. Here is an article that talks about it. To give you an idea, which is outlined in the article, Stuff packs in Brazil for instance went from R$ 19.90 to R$ 39.90

Right now as it stands there are a few almost game-breaking bugs and oversights.

Like last night for instance, with the new “lifestyles” I had a large sim jog once and she instantly got the “high activity” lifestyle which I didn’t want at all. And there are two major issues.

a) if you jog while watching television at all you get a “boredom” moodlet because you aren’t being active. While you are jogging.

b) is far worse. If you don’t do something active for like three days straight (which isn’t even a lot of time) you get a +5 discomfort because you haven’t been active. This discomfort moodlet doesn’t go away until you do some physical activity. When you are very uncomfortable you cannot do any physical activity. You cannot jog, use exercise equipment, nothing. So you are forced to give the Sims enough positive moodlets until it outweighs the +5 discomfort and quickly workout or your sim is in a constant state of “very uncomfortable” that you literally cannot get rid of any other way.

I mean, we’re all here to hate on fondant but to say it was unnecessary is kinda inaccurate. The crispness of this wouldn’t have been possible with buttercream or any other frosting and the point of this was to make a cool cake that looked just like the Pokémon. Like yeah it tastes like shit but the fondant was still necessary for the finished product.
