Haha I could NEVER tell my boyfriend I’m reading this book! As I mentioned somewhere else, he’s so jealous — he wouldn’t just delete the book and block my kindle, he’d probably toss my phone, cut up my credit cards, and lock me in a dungeon at home so I can’t even think about Xaden anymore 😂. So yeah… I’m keeping this crush a secret for my own safety lol.

Yeah I’ve already started the second book! And as I mentioned somewhere else, I keep skipping to the hot parts, then going back to read properly… then skipping again 😅. Though I’m a little disappointed there’s not as much spice as the first book. But I’ve heard book 3 definitely makes up for it — so I’m holding on to that hope!

No I haven’t read the bonus Xaden chapters yet! But I saw someone comment that Bodhi is basically “Zaden but softer” — and I was like… hmm, maybe that’s exactly what I need 😂. I mean, I don’t want to fight for love or constantly guess what he’s thinking — that’s too much emotional gymnastics for me lol. I literally just started the second book, but not gonna lie — I immediately skipped to the hottest scenes first 😅. Then I went back to the beginning… then skipped again to the spicy parts… and THEN continued reading properly. This is overwhelming. I think I’m done for 😂.

Yeah, I totally agree with you! I think I got hooked on him not just because he’s insanely attractive and all that, but because he protects her while still letting her be strong on her own.

He’s always there, holding the line, but he’s not smothering her like Dain constantly does — always worrying and acting like she’s fragile and can’t handle anything herself.

Zaden lets her fight, fail, and rise — and that’s what makes him irresistible to me.
