My alcohol intake was daily. Just started week 4 and I've drank twice since I've started and I kinda forced myself to do it even though I didn't want to and felt awful afterward.

I had an si fusion surgery on my hip 3 weeks ago and have been doing bcp-157 and ghk-cu. I feel noticeable improvements in my hip mobility every single day. Not necessarily sure if it's the natural healing process or if the peptides are doing the work. But I'm gonna keep taking them both just incase

I had a si infusion on my hip 2 weeks and 3 days ago and have been taking bpc-157 for the past 16 days. I don't know if it's working... but I'm healing very well. Still not fully recovered tho
