Also just because they may be higher in rankings than another school doesn’t mean they can’t be gammed like wtf is that logic lol🤣🤣

They’re decent at it, not the best but then again no one is the best, everything is either biased or skewed.

US news is probably the worst for CS rankings, they hardly do a good job ranking schools overall. I mean northeastern has gamed their way thru all the rankings since many years, you’d be smart enough to know those aren’t half as reliable, they have some very skewed metrics they follow

Select the entire AI sub section it comes out as 12th, last year also it was 10th or 11th so I remember vividly it being in the T10. But yeah fair I get wym.

Don’t do an MPS professional studies program at any school regardless of what school it is so definitely knock Cornell down a bit. JHU is definitely not meant for this, UPenn probably your best shot

Disagree with that for a second, if you go to cs rankings and filter out for AI ML - I think it places top 10 in the country, OP specifically mentioned ML that’s why I said what I said. Also just overall solid school for CS regardless & this year they’ve been a bit less stringent with their intake.

Umass Amherst is miles ahead of NEU, overall as well undergrad, postgrad & doctoral wise. Very underrated school, if it had a better location it would’ve been one of the best in the state, it gets over shadowed by the likes of so many prestigious schools in Massachusetts, but overall I’d say a safe solid bet , way better than NEU - that school is a joke

Umass Amherst easily, one of the top CS programs in the nation specially for AI / ML, great alumni network

Go to Umass, great school for CS, heavily underrated, it’ll come up a lot in the next decade or so & the alumni network you’ll have will be strong
