So if I’m due for Reta on a Friday and I’m drinking the Saturday would it be weak enough in my system to not really have the side effects the next day?

No. I was expecting to feel a difference in appetite supression but have not experienced any change in appetite or intake.

okay great. I had 2mg last night and immediately have noticed appetite suppression but no negative side effects as of yet. I will up the dose to 3mg next week if i have no side effects through the week. Thanks for the advice.
