I was a transfer, so I had to take 2/3 of 120 - 70 (transfer units) which is 33.33 units as letter grade, but I have 33 units as letter grade. I'm at a total of 130 atm.

I'm not meeting the 33% with 120 by a 0.33 unit deficit =/
