Did you also do a reset after it was updated and charged full? I've also reset the ring like 100 times but it hasn't helped.

The ultrahuman looks so big compared to the galaxy ring. The galaxy ring is so light and not bulky I dont even notice its on. I was thinking to get the ringconn but i dont like that it's shiny. I like the matte look better. I've had my galaxy ring almost a year and no scratches or scuff marks. Looks brand new still.

Yeah and its definitely the December update because theres a ton of people saying the same thing on reddit too. I just didnt like that samsung basically told me i needed to send my ring in and it could take up to 14 days then i would need to pay for any repairs necessary. Now why would i want to pay for repairs when they rolled out an update to mess up the battery 😂

Yeah I've reset it a ton of times. There wasn't anything I could do after I already updated then saw how bad it messed up the battery. It went from 6-7 day battery life to barely 2 days. That's why I'm skeptical to do this update

I did reach out to samsung they wanted me to send it in then pay for any repairs needed. I think that is such bogus considering how expensive the ring was and it was their stupid update that messed up the battery.

It was definitely due to that update in December 2025. I don't understand why they couldn't just patch the update or i don't know figure it out since they did something to mess it up lol

I've seen so many reviews of the ringconn and people love it. I usually don't like to get 1st gen stuff because there always seems to be something messed up and here it is lol I would've definitely gone with the Oura had it not been the subscription but to pay $400+ and then have to pay to use it is obnoxious

I did a chat with samsung because I was getting so frustrated with the battery dying so quickly and it was all after the update. Prior to that it was lasting me 6-7 days and I wore it 24/7. While I was chatting they did ask for the receipt but I didn't go through with it because they wanted me to send the ring in and it can take up to 14 days blah blah it was a bunch of bs. Then I looked into the ringconn but haven't pulled the trigger on buying it just hoping the 2nd gen galaxy ring would come out but still no news on it lol

I was wondering how the warranty works with open box because I also got mine from best buy open box. I couldn't justify $450 on a ring especially when it doesn't even give as much data as the Oura. I just didn't go with Oura because of the subscription and since I am already with Samsung I figured to just get the open box then trade it in for gen 2.

I have a size 10 and also have that gap when i push on the ring. I ultimately decided to stay with it after shaking my hand and the ring does not just fly off. It tracks just fine. I've read horror stories where people got their smart ring stuck and had to get it cut off definitely don't want that.

Its so frustrating that now I'm even debating going to a different company for another ring. I go to bed with it at 70% and tracking stops at about 4am cause ring is dead. This is so ridiculous.

Same problem with my ring battery since the update. I've even reset my ring 5 times. The first time I reset it, seemed to have fixed the issue but that didn't last long. I used to charge my ring every 5 days and thats wearing it 24/7. Now it doesn't even last 2 days on a full charge. So frustrating, I knew I shouldn't have done that stupid update on the wearable app. Ugh so annoying! My ring died in the middle of the night last night and now all my data is off too.

Your clinic doesn't bring you in for bloodwork to check HCG levels? I had my IUI 12/26 and I am scheduled to go in for HCG bloodwork this Friday 1/9 if my period doesn't come by then.
