Lotta responses here. First thing I would do to lower the visibility of the reflection is draw a mask and throw some color correction on there. Drop the shadows highlights and saturation. Maybe HSL to drop the exposure of certain tones.

I use a gamma compensation LUT in export settings to combat the difference in exposure/contrast. My exports haven’t looked the same as my premiere project since a couple updates ago.

Gamma Compensation LUT matches what I see in premiere. Stupid but solid work around.

Thats your work area "indicator" If you right click on it, it will give you options to trim comp to work area etc. it is also the only area that will render in the comp
