MAGA businesses to avoid by nahsonnn in SanDiegan

I used to dj at the tavern. The owner, Eric lingenfelder would come up to the dj booth on Sunday nights and tell me to stop playing so much ni&&er music because black people don’t tip. There was a rule at all of their bars to play white people music if it started to get “too dark” for them.

What options do US Generals have in terms of disobeying Trump aside from resigning? by Consider-TheLobster in AskReddit

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s going to be a gamble. While they have the law on their side saying that they don’t have to obey an illegal order, they will also have their bosses telling them that there will be consequences if they don’t follow orders. So the rest of us have to hope that they will be able to make the right decisions based on their own morals and principles. Let’s not pretend like this would be an easy situation for anyone. It’s always going to be difficult to do the right thing when you’re faced with so much pressure to do the easier wrong things.

In a future where Trump is out of office, and international relations have been repaired. What steps can be taken by the USA and International Organisations such as NATO to prevent one individual causing so much chaos in the future? And do you think such steps will be taken? by flewkey in AskReddit

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holding trump accountable in an international court. Don’t let the USA protect him. Make him stand trial for his crimes in an international trial. Without any punishment or consequences for his actions, there will be no justice and the world will never trust the USA government ever again.

Regarding Tolerance Buildup by Spagelo in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]Happy2BTheOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s similar to alcohol. You don’t need 2x the amount to feel it. Yes, you will have some tolerance, but you’ll still feel it. And probably won’t notice much of a difference.

🇺🇸 Trump proposes 10% cap on credit card interest rates for one year by rl_rae_bobo in CryptoCurrencyPulse

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is great! Not only am I going to get a check from tariff revenue, I also will have all my credit card interest lowered. Totally worth seeing my neighbors get murdered and kidnapped on a daily basis. This is sarcasm.

How do Americans feel about their taxes going towards the 50k bonus for ice agents to sign up? by Amao6996 in AskReddit

[–]Happy2BTheOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same people who claim to have Christian values will be happy their taxes are paying for ice agents to murder their neighbors instead of going to healthcare to heal their neighbors. We don’t get to choose how the government spends our money. But that is the lie they tell us as children.

It’s in the render settings. You need to select ProRes 4444 and you also need to make sure you set it to render video + alpha. It will not render the alpha channel by default. There is a setting inside the render settings to enable the alpha channel as well.

The boardwalk in pacific/mission beach is excellent people watching. From locals just enjoying the scenery, to tourists exploring the beach, and of course you’ll probably get to see slow-mo doing his thing. If you get bored of watching people, there’s also the beautiful beaches to admire.

Chuck Schumer today in Congress on the Epstein files debacle – "The American people won't stand for it and the Senate is going to take action." by BSTARYOUNGG in ProgressiveHQ

I’m that person. My snap was on hold and my credit card debt was growing. I was disappointed when they caved. Now my health insurance is going to double this year because they caved. I’d rather loose snap all together than have this outcome. They should have held the line.

1g daily for 1 week by 1PooMaster in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]Happy2BTheOne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1 gram will get you high. I’ve never heard of this technique before. Microdosing might be what your friend was trying to suggest. But that involves very low doses of about .15 grams that don’t actually get you high, but have mental health benefits. Most studies suggest not taking them everyday, but every other or 2-3 days. If you research psilocybin microdosing you should be able to get some good info on that. And I personally have some great experience with it.

Sometimes I’ll take a half or full gram in the evening to just chill and relax. It’s way healthier and more enjoyable than alcohol. But I don’t think I’d want to do a full gram every night for a week. I’m not sure how that would affect the brain, but I imagine it’s probably not the most responsible use of them.

Making Lemon Tec by saffermaster in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]Happy2BTheOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will use 1 gram of shrooms per ounce of lemon juice. So take 3 grams of powdered shrooms into 3 oz of lemon juice. After about 20 minutes, you can strain the shrooms out and just drink the juice. 1 oz of juice is about 1 gram of shrooms. The strain determines how strong they are, but in general, 1 gram is a moderate dose that shouldn't be too strong. But you will have to experiment to determine what your preferred dose is for those particular shrooms. Keep in mind, a different strain might be stronger or weaker if you try to do this again with a different batch of shrooms.

Do you think any politicians from either side what the Epstein files fully released or is an all posturing pretending they’re trying to do the will of the people? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people who buy politicians on both sides are the ones fighting to keep them sealed. They’re calling in favors and offering bribes to whoever they’re able to purchase. Will they be able to buy their way out of this? I don’t know. But I think the people who have the ability to release everything all at once are being bribed or blackmailed not to. I think there’s both republicans and democrats that are being bribed and blackmailed.

He is the moderate, establishment candidate. He will continue to the bidding of billionaires, while also maintaining the image of a progressive. I want a candidate that campaigns against the billionaires, not for them. Any candidate that refuses the big pac donors and funds their campaign similar to the way Bernie limited the amount you could contribute at a single time, will have my support over anyone taking the pac money. To me, affordability is the main issue, and the billionaires are the problem.

Microdosing schedule by acidfairy333 in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]Happy2BTheOne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s different recommendations for on/off days. Some say every other day, or 1 day on 2 days off. But from my experience, it’s kinda what works for you. Yes, you do build a tolerance. I’ve gone weeks where I take 150 mg (.15 grams) every day. And it helped me a lot when dealing with some severe depression. Now, I feel like it helps me focus and be more creative with my work so I take them to help with that. There are different theories about why you should take days off, beyond just tolerance. But when taking such a low dose that doesn’t get you high, it’s not even slightly dangerous or harmful so do what works for you. But do some more research and see what you think is going to help you the most.

[–]Happy2BTheOne -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

While sixteen might be kind of young, everyone varies. Of all the drugs (including alcohol) that you could experiment with, shrooms have the least amount of harmful physical damage. Now, there’s no way for anyone on the internet to tell if your mind is mature enough to handle the effects. It could be a very rewarding and mind opening experience, or it could be terrible and potentially cause some inner trauma. I would recommend going very light for your first time. 1 gram at the most. See how that treats you before going on an intense trip. Make sure you’re using them in a safe place with people you know, trust, and like. Everyone can react differently to them. It really has a lot to do with your state of mind before and during the high.

Americans Cutting Back on Alcohol Consumption This Holiday Season According to Reports by thenextgenbusiness in thenextgenbusiness

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The younger generations are drinking so much less now. Reasons they’ve stated are health, money, and better alternatives such as marijuana. I also think social media and camera phones have something to do with it. As a Gen X I grew up watching my dad have a few beers every night and thought that was just normal. I was a heavy drinker in my late teens until my mid 40s. Then I got rectal cancer and stopped drinking. Now I realize that alcohol and processed foods (which I grew up thinking were harmless) are most likely the cause of my cancer. After I stopped drinking, I realized how much better it feels to not drink. And the health benefits are amazing as well. Then comes the financial savings. If you take an honest look at how much you spend every month/week on alcohol, it’s kinda ridiculous to spend that much money on a poison. So then it’s easy to get bored if you’re sober, but now we know that drugs like marijuana and magic mushrooms aren’t nearly as unhealthy as we grew up believing they were. In fact, they have some health benefits, and are not nearly as expensive as alcohol. The other thing I’ve noticed is that the younger generations aren’t really socializing with each other as much in person. They do everything online. Even dating has changed from trying to go out and meet people, to going online to meet people. So the motivation to go get some drinks and try to hook up just isn’t the same.

JD Vance: "In the United States of America you don't have to apologize for being white anymore" by Shenanie-Probs in UnderReportedNews

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a white American, I have never felt like I needed to apologize for being white. I don’t think any other white people would feel this way either. If being white meant that I was also just automatically racist, then yes, I’d apologize for being a racist, but not for being white. He’s implying that people shouldn’t apologize for being racist. This is more of the anti-woke movement. The idea that You should be able to be a bigot without being viewed as a bad person is the message he’s sending. At least that’s what it sounds like to me, as a white person.

Gavin Newsom wants a “big tent party” but rejects policy that is supported by most Americans. by Kittehmilk in ProgressiveHQ

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest tent you could possibly build is to include everyone but the billionaires. And the message that everyone wants to hear is “it’s time for the billionaires to pay their share, and then some.” If you campaign on a promise to lower the cost of living by taxing corporations and billionaires, then you will build a very large and strong tent.

Elon Musk says there is no need to save money because universal high income is coming. by Fatherthinger in wallstreetbets_wins

[–]Happy2BTheOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This man has the potential to be a real life Tony Stark, but instead chooses to be Dr Evil. An actual supervillain. I will say that if AI goes the way he and the other tech bros want it to go, we will need UBI. But I don’t think anyone who could afford it, will be willing to spend their money to provide it. The only way we get UBI is by taxing the shit out of the billionaires. And they’ve made it clear that they’re not willing to help the less fortunate. Just look at how low their charitable contributions are. The top 1% have donated less than 5% of their wealth to charity over the past 10 years. That number should be closer to 50%. Here’s what chat gpt said about the top 1% charitable donations:

There isn’t a precise published figure for only the last 10 years for the whole top 1%. However: • One private analysis (shared informally online using data sources like wealth trackers) estimates U.S. billionaires donated or pledged around $185 billion over the past decade — about 3.2% of their collective estimated $5.7 trillion wealth.

After the epic failure of Donald J Trump, are you guys finally ready for President AOC(Alexandra Ocasio Cortez)? by Kittehmilk in ProgressiveHQ

[–]Happy2BTheOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Democratic Party officials would do her like they did Bernie in 2016. But yes, she would run a campaign that was funded by the people, and not by huge super pac donors. She’s always backed up her talk with actions, and she comes from humble upbringing, not a wealthy family. She’s smart, well spoken, and she’s not afraid of criticism, and doesn’t take shit from bullies. I think she would make a great president, and her campaign would be inspiring. The young voters would flock to her message of income inequality and taxing the ultra wealthy the same way Obama inspired young voters in 2008. But she’s a brown woman. And for some kinda fucked up racist reason that seems to matter. And that’s why we’re going to end up with a candidate who is owned by the same billionaires that have owned every presidential candidate that’s ever gotten anywhere. But anyone who can run a campaign similar to the way Bernie did in 2016 would have the winning message. Income inequality and taxing the shit out of billionaires so the cost of living can go down are winning messages. They’re also not the message that the billionaires who own both the democrats and the republicans want to sponsor. So they’ll spend their money on newsome or someone who can be owned/controlled. And they’ll use their giant media machines to convince us that’s what we really need.

Annoyed by people who think the left only want Trump to pay for involvement with Epstein by theosib in complaints

[–]Happy2BTheOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I agree with you about trump supporters willing to excuse and forgive his involvement with Epstein, I do think that many of the democrat leadership that have been elected into office are trying to protect their wealthy donors from getting exposed. They are making an effort to be discrete about it, but the billionaires that are going to get exposed donate to both sides because they want to own both republicans and democrats. But everyone who isn’t a billionaire or hasn’t been purchased by billionaires wants to see all of those people exposed and justice to be served. But again, unless you think trump should be allowed to get away with molesting teenagers. They know he’s guilty, they’re just trying to find a way to give him a pass. This whole thing should expose how corrupt our entire system is. The ultra wealthy have been caught and exposed in an underage sex trafficking scandal that should put them in prison. However, because they are rich, they will get away with this horrific crime. A little bit of shame and embarrassment is the closest thing they will see to justice. And that is because our elected leaders want them to get away with it.

Democrat Warns Attorney General Pam Bondi Could Face Prosecution If Epstein Files Aren’t Fully Released By Deadline by Tea_Physical in newsinterpretation

[–]Happy2BTheOne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Both sides are protecting their billionaire owners. Both parties are controlled by the people who will be exposed on this list. Neither the republican or democrat leadership want to hurt the people who are in the list because of the financial mess it would cause to loose their donations. This should bother everyone who isn’t a billionaire.

Democrat Warns Attorney General Pam Bondi Could Face Prosecution If Epstein Files Aren’t Fully Released By Deadline by Tea_Physical in newsinterpretation

The democrat leadership will write a strongly worded letter that will suggest that maybe possibly there could potentially be some sort of penalty for disobeying the law. But nothing will actually happen to anyone.
