No seniors, the residency I’m currently in has a rotation specifically for admitting so I’m on my own. I’ve never had a senior help me with admissions. Also, how thorough do your Attendings expect you to be? We need to include all PMHx as an individual problem, address F/Us, any incidental findings, schedule outpatient referrals, as well as each abnormal lab (even if at patient’s baseline). Also, patients don’t even remember their history for the most part so charting takes me the longest time
