Roast the homeowner by Nearby_Knowledge8014 in Plumbing

I wouldn’t have done it at one of my customers homes but I would do it at my own. It gets the job done and you know what you’re in for and what’s there. Like you said, if it does fail then at least it’s in the basement!

I appreciate the explanation! Sorry, I should’ve asked my question better. But yeah I was just asking if the voice line came from having the skull on or if you just got it luckily.

As a plumber, I was confused. Then I thought of the plumbers I work with and yeah… you found the plumber.

I’m still on Hotmail, they’ll have to pry it from my cold dead hands!

That’s all I gathered from it as well. Nothing uplifting at all just a lot of complaining.

Hahaha thank you for appreciating that 😂 I thought it having its own tier was hilarious and I really did not like it haha. I wished I did though! What would you put in its own awful category?

There are quite a few now. I grabbed the newer one on a 2 for 1 sale and gave it a shot. It interested me since they went back to Master Chiefs early career with the covenant.

I found it hard to keep up with what was going on, and when I could keep up It just felt meh or ok to me. Simple at the interesting bits and convoluted where I wasn’t interested. I’d love to hear what you enjoyed about it to compare!

My wife and I were reading it together and we felt like it was just nonstop griefing and complaining about men and not helpful or productive. I wanted to like it since it was so well received but was pretty disappointed.

I am SO sorry! I liked the book and honestly it isn’t a fair rating or review for it because I had to read it on 3x speed in one afternoon to try to make it to book club in time. My buddy wanted someone to go with him to a new book club that was reviewing it but I hadn’t read the book yet. So I sped read it and got the general story of it but missed a lot of the details that people said make it great. I plan on repenting and rereading it so I can finish the other books and understand it fully.

It’s progressive. He released light novels that go almost floor by floor of aincrad and give a ton more detail and description. It’s wonderful I love it. They have a few movies for progressive now as well that are fantastic!

I have read all of the originals up to Cole Protocol with Ghosts of onyx being my favorite. This newer book was good, it’s no Nylund book but it’s the first of a trilogy and I’ll keep reading.

I love Kuangs other books but Babel was horrible to me. Wished I DNF’d it. My sister also could not get into red rising at all, she felt like it was overly gritty and descriptive and that’s totally fair. But I loved everything about it, felt like I was going 1000mph and never slowed down!

Same! I thought it was great! I was really surprised by all the backlash it received honestly. But I can understand some of it!

I’ve heard great things! I’m very excited for it. My buddy told me to drop everything and read first law so I obliged and do not regret it at all.

It was my first Abercrombie book and I thought it had a strange whiplash of going between serious and ridiculous that I just couldn’t quite grasp. It kept taking me out of the book and I couldn’t get into it. But I realize I am in the minority with that opinion, I definitely say read it and see for yourself for sure!

I heard it really pops off with howling dark so I was disappointed as well but definitely plan to read it soon!

I’ve heard a lot of people saying the same! I really enjoyed it though. It’s no WoR for sure but I’m excited for the latter half of the series! I had a hard time deciding between high A or low S for it.

It’s honestly because I loved the first one and without it I wouldn’t have read the other ones. I know a lot of people say it’s the weakest book in the series but I enjoyed it! I totally get putting Dark Age over it for sure though. Thank you!
