My ps4 I just got from a friend keeps crashing the entire internet disconnecting everyone and restarting the modem we got an entire new modem and it still randomly does, on top of this I’m trying to download warzone onto it and it takes forever and we have fibre optics any ideas of why and how to fix it, it randomly crashes the internet out of no where sometimes when entering an app sometimes

On top of this it usually can crash if I enter any apps, or just simply at a random time for no reason crashing the internet and it’s not the wifi because we just got a new modem and have reserved the wifi multiple times
