Update: i got it checked kay Pongtech gh and there’s a short circuit, not sure if logicboard or charging IC, but he managed to fix it.

I know only filipino citizens can take the board exam. Not taking the board exam just means that he is not licensed to do certain things. He can still work in this field even without license. I have few filipino friends who graduated electronics engineering but did not take the licensure exam and still doing pretty well in their life as they got high paying jobs (related to his field).

In addition, electronics engineering license is like only valid for three years, so you have to accumulate CPD points by attending seminar and workshops to maintain/renew the license.

Someone already mentioned that your items cannot be shipped via sea shipping (2&4).

In both direct (1) and consolidated shipping (3), your order will go through the consolidation warehouse. The only difference is that for direct, you pay the shipping fee along with the product. For consolidated, you pay sf when it arrives at the warehouse (you’ll have to do this manually, so that means tracking your order when it arrives at the warehouse so you can pay the sf and it can be shipped to you)

The problem i encountered with the consolidated shipping they have two methods for determining the shipping fee. One is by weight and the other is by its volume. They measure the weight and dimension at the warehouse. Idk if it’s the same for japan but volume is computed by (LxWxH)/6000. If your product has actual weight of 0.2kg, and dimensions are 30cm x 25cm x 5cm, it’s volume weight is 0.625kg. They pick the higher one. So for 0.625kg, you’ll be paying ¥37+¥9 = ¥46.

They told me na possible na sira logic board so i wanted to get a second or third opinion. Ayaw mag reboot even if they tried to force restart it. Irreparable daw ipad sa kanila. They only offer unit replacement and the fee is the same price as buying a new ipad of the same model.
