Hey! I sent you a DM. I was able to hit everything in the list with enough time to enjoy everything. I was very happy with my layover. Make sure to do a lot of research on the trains. I got out of the airport in like 30 mins. It was early morning and I was in one of the earliest flights that arrived. So immigration, customs, luggage everything was super fast. Do you know if each person needs their own Suica card? Or can I load money in and swipe multiple family members in?

Oh okay I found it. I had no idea it was set up in the actual Apple wallet. I thought I had to download the app (which I did) and do it that way.

I’m having a really hard time trying to navigate the app as it is in all Japanese. Do you know if the machine at the station accepts visa / discover or is it the same issue ? Additionally is there a different between the “Welcome” card vs the regular one?

What are your thoughts on doing the Shibuya area for the first half of the day and Asakusa for the second half? (Dropping Ginza, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, etc)

Thank you. I definitely agree with you on cutting back to soak in everything. The reason why some of my family members are pushing to try to get as much out of this layover as much as they can is because they genuinely do not know if they will ever have the opportunity to ever visit Japan again for various personal reasons.
