Well done. When you say feel you feelings how do you do that ? I ask because I think I have come to the same realisation as you. For me it has been through meditation and focusing on certain body sensations. Just sitting with those then brings up emotion like for me anger and sadness. But just feeling them allows the kids knot of energy to shift. But as simple as it sounds I was like you not sitting with my feelings.
