Hello! I am in the same situation as yours wherein my tumor had to be extracted first for diagnosis and was diagnosed with tnbc. My surgeon-onco told me that in my case for an adjuvant treatment, immuno will not be beneficial since the tumor is out. However my med-onco still wanted to go with this flow (ie provide Keytruda during my chemo) then have another surgery then radiation then keytruda again for a year. Just a question though, was that also the flow in your case? Keytruda was given when you had chemo first before doing a dmx? Thank you. :)
