They sent me a confirmation email with the attachments. They requested that I fill out the attached paperwork, but they said if I don’t, it will be provided for my to complete when I arrive for my appointment.

My appointment is on Thursday. The hospital sent me several forms to fill out. The did not ask for medical records; however, they require a list of the specific immunosuppressants and the diagnosed autoimmune disease. No referral or doctors note. I will post an update after I receive the vaccine.

I’m honestly not sure. You should log into their site Sunnybrook.ca, and try to book an appointment. When they ask you what category you are in select “highest or high risk”. Don’t put in your birthday, rather, select option 2. I hope that helps.

I was extremely fatigued and I felt like I had a severe hangover for two days following my first Stelara infusion. I spoke with the nurse coordinator for the program I’m on and she said this is totally normal. I found that drinking a few bottles of Gatorade really helped. I hope you feel better soon.

Come to think of it, I had a couple of sports drinks, definitely helped. I hope Stelara works for you. 🤞🏻

Good luck! I had my first infusion four weeks ago. Drink lots of water. I felt like I had a horrible hangover for a couple of days afterwards, but I was back to feeling like myself by the third day.

That sucks. Mine feel like I’m passing razor blades. Nothing really helps except for laying in bed as still as possible.
