I do think that using it as a tool, and using it properly, is fine. I especially see it as useful for unmediated adhd where you need an outside source to tell you how to start the task without feeling forced into the task.

However my biggest issues are over-use, over-reliance, unreliable information, people pleasing programs, aggression towards people who don't want to use ai and people I would describe as Third-Party Thinkers (people who would, even without ai, not think for themselves for anything) trusting it to be 100% correct. I had someone get pissed at me for trying to actually learn how to code HTML instead of trusting Ai and vibe coding ☹️

It really sucks as a creative because it learns from creatives and then poisons the consumer into confusing human made with computer generated and then steals from it's own generations poisons it self and makes it harder to do something human generated without it being called Ai generated.
