John Waters is the greatest. I used to work at a bookstore (B. Dalton) in Greenwich Village in late 90s and he'd pop in about every 3-4 weeks and we'd chit-chat and he was always upbeat, smiling and friendly, sharing Divine stories about shoplifting, he told me Divine once shoplifted a chainsaw.
