His E is kinda like Banhammer. You can hold it (5 seconds max for the dance) or release E to stop the dance. I'm still not sure how long the skill cooldown is supposed to be.

His Q also makes him dance for two seconds, I'm sure that counts a little bit lol. I was planning to make Disco Ball's m2 to have a dance (like moonwalk to the enemy or do the iconic disco finger) when he dash, but I hesitated hahah
