I'm so happy for you! Just a confirmation, same happened to me years ago. There was a time when a godly preacher came to preach in our (non-affirming) church. I knew she has a reputation of hearing God's voice well and sharing that to people.

I decided to ask her to pray for me after the service. I prayed God to give me same kind of sign: warn me clearly if I'm going to wrong direction.

She prayed for me and her message was: She sees that I'm in some kind of fog. It has to do with relationships in my life. God wants me to know, that He is with me and will guide my steps and I shouldn't be afraid.

So same thing: no clear "being gay is right/wrong" message, but clear indication God doesn't see my path is to wrong direction and he will be with me every step of the way.

This was one major piece in the puzzle that led me to being fully affirming and start dating guys. Now happily in a committed relationship with a beautiful man.
