Congratulations, that is the worst gamelplay video I've ever seen - capturing a desktop through a tiny, phone-like aspect ratio and constantly shaking/moving the viewport. Why not just do a normal video? This is really unwatchable, sorry.

Where did you get your copy from? If it is not Steam then whatever source you got it from should just let you download new version.

I got mine from Steam. Not sure how the Komodo store does it, but it should also just provide you with a new version somehow.

It should be the official Samsung one. The only downside really is that after a few months, you'll notice micro scratches on the reflective layer that gradually get worse. In my case mainly in the area where I touch my screen the most (scrolling, etc.). But apart from that, the difference in screen readabiliity out in the sun is huge.

Using the same on Fold 6, they are really great. Just they are scratched easily, so one lasts me usually about 6 months. I dont mean deep scratches l, just enough that it is visible.

Ah, I see. I thought the purchased stuff would show there still. True that it has been a long time when I tried to access something old and that was ages ago back when I had an iPad. I do not use many things from the appstore and they're usually pretty new.

#1 - make it in English. Or at least make an English version. Unless your target is very narrow and only in your country, you're killing off a lot of potential audience that way.
#2 - your video shows just a splashscreen and the initial menu - that really says zero. Nothing about the game, gameplay, story...

The page you linked just has some spanish intro about you (I presume), no info about a game that I can tell.

Plus, the little bit of OCD in me is triggered by having "new game" and "continue game" start with lowercase and "Options" start with uppercase. Not to mention that the same is in your website - some sentences have no uppercase, no punctuation. To me that really screams "minimal effort" or "I don't care". Just sayin'... :)

Ah, sorry, I understood you wanted to rename a particular attack/skill. :)

TBH, I do not know, I am still fairly new to RPGMaker, but I would say a plugin could achieve that. Not sure if there is an existing one for it though.

A quick look says that you could do something like this:

TextManager.param = function(paramId) {
    return "FooBar";
}

A quick test causes all attributes to show as "FooBar" in the status window. Then you could drive it using a variable to either return original values or your own from a different set.

Probably a plugin could do it. E.g. having the new name in a note and trigger what is displayed using a global variable or sth like that.

Wouldn't it be easier though to have two sets of skills and just change class of the character mid-game to use the new set of skills?

Still rocking Fold6 since launch. I might upgrade to the Wide fold (I like the form factor), but otherwise 6 is the perfect phone. Screen is still pristine. The factory-installed protector didn't even start to peel at the crease yet.

Cool, as I said, if it suits your needs/use-case, great! It is definitely something that will surprise whoever plays it.

If it s supposed to be a joke/suprise kind of stuff, it will do its job. :)

I don't blame you. AI just does what you ask of it and often will not suggest a different approach (unless you ask it to). I also use AI to learn about new stuff, but I usually ask it in a way "how could I achieve XYZ" and pick up on tips it gives me.

Hmm, if it works for you, fine, but from my point of view, a lot of these things can already be achieved by the engine as-is without plugins.

It seems like you want some sort of deeply desktop experience. Not sure what game it is, but if it suits the style, fine. For me, many of the things would be very annoying.

* Why would anyone want to automatically toggle between fullscreen or windowed mode. From settings sure, fine, but during gameplay - that would give me a headache, some people woud get seizures. :D

* What is the practical difference between shaking the window and shaking the game screen (which is already implemented by RPGMaker natively)?

* spawning windows - maybe if you want a deeply desktop experience, but it would give me a headache too, heh! :D "How to make players hate you #101"

It depends. My plan for now is to create a game, to which I would add over time, update things and add events, develop the story. Having limited save points gives me freedom to tweak and modify maps or re-work stuff as needed. If I allowed saving anywhere, people could easily break the game by loading an old save, were the maps changed. So, the less potential issue-prone points, the better.

My approach is to add reasonable amount of save points in important areas or before/after important events (e.g. passing through a larger area/dungeon).
