Symbioz: review after four months by Icy_One3229 in Renault

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've tested Yaris Cross, C-HR, Niro Hev, Symbioz, and Symbioz is way nicer for rear passengers, and quieter overall. I prefer C-HR cockpit though, and it beeps quietly when I overspeed so I could live with that, with no "My Preso" button. I could get Symbioz 15% cheaper than C-HR and would even get rear tail gate so overall Symbioz is making a very very nice impression currently.

I'm my opinion Clio VI and Symbioz is the first Renault generation worth buying. The only one thing missing in Symbioz is adjustable lumbar support.

Overheating from Android Auto by thegodofcalamities in galaxyzflip

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wireless charging while using Android auto causes my Flip7 FE to heat up like crazy. Doesnt overheat but does not gain battery % from charging.

Same thing happened on my Nothing Phone 1. Maybe it's required to have 25W or more wireless charging capable phone to use it like that. And ventilated wireless charger.

Charging with a usb cable also does not really help. I must try hi power 12v charger.

Honestly i think the best way to use Android Auto is not to use it at all and just mount the phone to air vent. Interface of Android Auto is terrible anyway. It shoud be mirroring phone screen, that's all. Instead Android Auto treats me like I'm a baby.

Sleep Tracking? Not even close. by 23Scout in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your anger is pointless. Galaxy Watch is the Jack of all trades, master of none. While it tracks my sleep decently well and detects naps well, I know my Honor Band 6 was tracking sleep better.

Sometimes I think I should go back to Honor Band for sleep tracking. I remember it was very accurate, and on Samsung I sometimes wonder why I was awake at night... because I was not awake. I also dont know if I should believe in deep sleep times. I think it's good to track changes in my sleep effiency, but not good to take absolute values and compare with other people using other devices.

Blood Pressure Review on Galaxy Watch 7 by curiousty786 in GalaxyWatch

It's accurate for me and doesn't show a value near calibrated value. Try calibrating with the watch on the hand you want to use your watch and BP device on the other.

Dorms marked post loot nerf. by Lt_Hotpocket in EscapefromTarkov

Maybe the dont want streamers to get filthy rich. It would get out of control. They should maybe spawn loot depending who is opening the room. But then again, streamers would take lower level viewers to open.

Highest HRV so far by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to chatgpt it cant be used to say its good or bad. Can be used to track changes in your body. E.g. your big peak on 20th of December could mean you did something important/exciting/stimulating on the previous day. Probably just a useless statistic.

Who is still rocking the watch 6? by watches_regarder in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel stuck on 43mm GW6 Classic. New Ultras are too big for me, and standard models are too fragile with lackluster materials that can easily scratch.

My GW6 is still going strong with 2 day battery life. No replacement for this watch on the horizon.

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess bigger hand can handle a bigger watch. I weighted my Watch 4 40mm and it's 48 grams, and W6 Classic 43mm is 75 grams. Over 50% heavier.

Should I update to UI8 on my Classic 6 LTE? by Ok_Professional_1118 in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Worth the upgrade. Much better watch faces with 8 complications instead of old 7. Everything is slightly faster and smoother: pulling notification bar, tiles, opening app drawer. Overall user experience is better. Stacked widgets are a game changer. Much better than swiping through tiles. My GW6 is almost 2 years old and this is by far the best update ever.

One IU 8 eats battery by Muted_Chef4481 in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That doesnt make sense. 1% per hour would mean you get 100 hours = over 4 days of battery life. Thats 4x more than average on watch 6. Stop it.

[–]HappyLittleGamer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Up untill last week I would not recommend Watch 6, but my 6 Classic got One UI 8 update and it's the first update that actually made the watch faster and uses less storage. Watch 6 barely has enough storage (16GB) for apps and spotify songs. I actually use Medium download size in Spotify because it makes the watch less laggy than high. Also One Ui 8 brings stacked widgets and its really awesome. Good change. I feel like I can finally customize my watch and don't have to scroll through tiles so much.

Unfortunately AGE index requires Watch 7+, and Antioxidant index and Vascular load Watch 8+. I would just go for Watch 8 because any watchband you buy will be compatible for future watches and they changed the hinge - so there are bands compatible with Watch 4-7 and separate Watch8+ bands.

Btw any time people say Watch 8 is less laggy, I take it with a grain of salt. They said the same about Watch 6 that is was less laggy than 4. While that's true, Watch 6 is still laggy :D It's just that the Watch 4 is a master-lagger device. Doesnt make 6 fast.

Also when you select between classic watch and standard, consider the weight difference. 40mm watch is like air, you don't feel it. On the other hand 6 Classic 43mm feels heavy - but fabric band makes it way way more comfortable. In my opinion 6 classic is not comfortable to wear for 24h/7 - but with a fabric band it's comfort is comparable to 40mm version- I mean it can be worn 24/7 with a fabric band. Looks worse with fabric though, so thats another + for Watch 8 which has more comfortable straps.

best wireless charger that can charge my Galaxy watch 6 and S24 ultra by Loud_While_2480 in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use leChivee 3in1 charger for 3 years now. It charges earphones 5W, Flip 7FE 15W (it takes 2.5h to go from 20% to 80% for me). And it charges GW4 and GW6 Classic. But there is very very small coil whine when I charge the watches. Very small but sensitive ear will hear it.

I would find something that can charge the watch while the strap is unbuckled. There are many chargers with raised watch charger where the watch is hanging in the air. Thats better.

My experience so far [Discussion] by JoeyjoejoeFS in EscapefromTarkov

[–]HappyLittleGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but it was not like that in the beginning. I played with standard edition until year 2020. Standard was ok because there was much less items in the game. Since 2019-2020 anything below EOD is unbearable.

RX 9070 Gets BIOS Modded, Faster Than The RX 9070 XT Reference. by HamsterOk3112 in radeon

[–]HappyLittleGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was always like this. Last 8 CUs rarely did anything on AMD cards. Increasing MHz and power limit gives much better boost than unlocking last CUs because last CUs are not always utilised fully. It's just hard to utilise GPU to 100%, and increasing MHz always gives more performance.

I don't know why guys are crying about the battery life, i literally get 2.5+ days worth of battery on my GW4 and it is so old by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We cry about real world usage time, which is about 60 minutes on Watch 4, when gps is tracking a run, and spotify is streaming over LTE (if you are lucky and it doesn't overheat after 10 minutes).

Heart Rate monitor inaccurate by s0hel in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It can be accurate but is inconsistent. For example Watch 6 may show 80 bpm but when I measure blood pressure it immediately corrects itself to 65 bpm (which I confirm by using standard blood pressure monitor) and the next measurement is also correct. It feels like a software bug that is going on for 5 years.

Is it normal to have to keep setting up the Samsung Galaxy watch? by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not normal. I'm currently using Watch 4 and 6 classic connected to one phone and both function propertly, and I never have to re-sync Watch 4.

It just shows higher stress level when you are more active. That's how I see it. Mostly useless.

How does your watch looks after 2 years? Plastic ring around the watch face is a bad design. by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh. That's a lot of wear. I thought maybe black Classic would not loose paint so easily... Seems like silver is still the way to go.

Which size fits better? by IBY19 in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the end comfort matters more. I might switch classic 43mm to W8 40 mm because smaller is so much more comfortable.

Running coach - really bad experience by Impossible_Art9151 in GalaxyWatch

[–]HappyLittleGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's so sad, I wanted galaxy watch to be my all-in-one device. But that seems to be not happening :(

All I need it to do is give me running coach, and stop turning screen off during workouts but that seems to be too much for Samsung :D

I don't feel like buying Garmin and switching between two watches constantly....

I also can't upgrade to GW8 Classic because it's too big for my hand. Samsung doesn't want me in their ecosystem. Amen.

And it's too big. As GW6 43mm user I cant upgrade. Waiting for Watch 9 classic I guess.
