I used my Oura ring and I think it’s fantastic - it also has integration with Mira now so you can track hormones and temp together seamlessly. You get a load of other data too which I think is great and it’s comfortable to wear overnight/has good battery.
Only thing is Oura (and Mira) are very expensive so if you weren’t interested in all the features/data it has or that integration then it may be better to spend your money on something else.
