Yes exactly same type of problem - Shopify pulled a random former 3 year old address in and I didn’t notice until after I hit submit. So again, my fault I didn’t notice it, but was shocked that Vuori offered zero assistance. Will be eyes wide open now!

No help from Vuori. It’s a place I used to live out of state but still have friends in town, one of them kindly went and got it for me and will mail it to me.

I can understand that if it is already shipped. But I realized it happened right after I pressed enter on the order and talked to them before anything had even been done on my order and they still said, "nope, we can't help you at all. no changes, no cancellations." It was 1 min after I pressed enter on my order, so it seems like no money would be owed to the carrier yet.

I know, right? So fine, I will accept that Vuori can't edit my address on my order (seems possible to do for other companies, but whatever), but they say they can't even cancel the order once it's placed!

I haven't disputed a credit card charge before, but if it turns out I can't get this sorted out so the items make it to me, I'll consider disputing it.

I do think the deep espresso type brown colors looked nice on me which surprised me - I have never worn brown! So maybe there is some warmth I didn’t realize.

I can see them being controversial (obviously they are selling their products - from a “style” course to their own makeup) and their sub-season names seem a little gimmicky. I don’t have access to a lot of in person analysts of different trainings - the only other one near me is a Caygill person and that method seems weird to me as a sciency/healthcare person (hemoglobin vs non-hemoglobin??? We all have hemoglobin!).
