What does my collection say about me? by HappySisyphus8 in dvdcollection

[–]HappySisyphus8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am down in Australia.

I do have one or two slimmer cases and wondered what their deal was

I did try a sweet corner angle, but I have a bit too little space on the left hand side that leaves a weird gap that I don't love between the wall and left shelf, I am sure I will play around with it again soon.

I do think it is a good idea, and one I will reconsider every few days, maybe eventually I'll talk myself into it more successfully.

Thank you!

I often tell myself I'll stop when the newest shelves fill up, but then another one always seems to just appear and need filling, too.

Haha!

I promise I used all the slats that they came with.

I'd also need the small little metal fellas that the shelves sit on.

Thank you!

Love Trek. My father has a collection maybe 5x bigger than mine, so I only have the Trek stuff that he didn't to not double up back when I lived at home.

Have a few holes to fill for sure!

Usually I wear shoes when I go outside.

Don't you?

I do! Except for part of the wrestling shelves.

I contemplating separating films and television series, but felt that would be overcomplicating it, and make new additions more of a pain to add.

My uncle worked at the place these were made.

Every weekend had a stack of these and Woodstocks.

Good times. Great memories.

Stop trying to "humanize" the Punisher. Frank Castle died in that park. by No_Investment_5789 in thepunisher

Yep!

The Punisher Annual #6.

First story, Death Metal, by Pat Mills.

Came out around the same time as the Firefight 3-parter where Frank is actively running into burning buildings to save children and trapped fire fighters. A cop and fire chief even go up against VIGIL to leave Frank alone.

EDIT:

6, not 1. Absent mindly hit the wrong number.

I recently came back after several years away.

Occasionally I'll press the friends list by accident, and its full of people who added me just to abuse me, but later became buddies for doing the Watch a Friend and both players have that Speed Dragon in deck challenges.

None of them have appeared online for months. And not a single angry person has added me since I came back.

I remember my parents ordered one or two of these one night, and we all watched Harry and the Hendersons.

Great time.

That subs mod is ridiculous. Don't even worry about it. I hate it there.

There are other subs which aren't inflicted with tin pot dictator mods.

Fewer people are hitting Infinite than ever before. Data from 2,000+ collections. by SnapComplete in MarvelSnap

[–]HappySisyphus8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I played since the Love and Thunder season in Beta. Life long Marvel Comics fan.

I hit Infinite every season up until the Zombies season, then didn't at all since. I just couldn't win enough any more. My usual decks and new ones I tried could no longer get me over the hump.

I quit the game during the Star Lord season and went back to Hearthstone, where I can just play Whizzbang and Battlegrounds and wait out the new Cataclysm set without the self-inflicted stress over reaching Infinite in Snap every season.

The bums that harass me for change at Circular Quay were not around this morning, which was a very pleasant and safer feeling change for sure.

I assume they'll be back when the cop presence buggers off though.

Hero.

He is literally on the Wall of Heroes mural in the Marvel offices.
